"We reserved a non-smoking room with 2 queen beds. She said "oh we had to give away because we had a soccer team come in." What good is a reservation? She then offer us an inferior room with one bed. (4 of us traveling). Finally after much complaining she said she had a "smoking" room available with 2 queen beds. So we relectantly took it."
